Running
So Kelly posed a question on her blog I wanted to answer, but blogspot wasn’t taking comments (or rather it was crashing). To burn 900+ calories I run for about 1 hour and do somewhere between 4 and 5 miles. When I started running I was running a half-mile and walking a half-mile and it took me twenty minutes. That was the tail end of last spring, so you build up endurance pretty quickly.
